He was scheduled to come out on saturday and while he did show up, he did show up late.  i assume he's a busy guy.  i had cleared the cabinets, removed drywall to expose the pipes to make it easier to work and sure enough, he was in and out in 20 minutes.  He replaced two sections of busted pipe and then reconnected them.  i thought the price was fair.
