"This company is horrible. We bought a system in 2/22 & was promised when we moved they would move the system for us. Nope,that didn't happen because we could never get ahold of the company. Had to hire a plumber to put it in. Fast forward a yr they called and said they could have some one come out for $1000 to service it. Not even having the appointment they went and charged our cc for the $1000. Had many arguments on getting our money back. Now we are 3 yrs and need our system inspected and no one will touch our Maytag water softener. Just a horrible company all around. Don't buy from these guys. Scamers "

They will set appointments to do warranty covered work only to fail to show up at all or even call with any sort of explanation. Then they will just quit taking your calls. "HORRIBLE!!!!! I hired this company and paid them $1000 up front. Plumbers in the area were booked out a month. And i needed the leaks fixed in my mud room and under the house. To make a long story short: they were over three hours late they left damages to my home there is a MAJOR leak still pouring hundreds of gallons of water into my backyard at this very moment & a leak under my sink My NEW dishwasher is still not completly hooked up or working they wont answer our calls AND now I have to pay a new plumber at least $1100 to start a job that i already paid this company $1000 to do!"
