"Moved to Jarrell, Tx in July 2021. Knew from having lived in Georgetown that we would need a water softener. Googled and called multiple companies but after finding Clear and Pure Water and talking to George Sr I knew I had found the right company to provide my water softener. Went with them not only because their quote was about half of the others I had gotten but also because of George Sr's friendly personality, low pressure sales and the time he spent educating me and making sure he was quoting the right system to meet my needs (no upselling). George Jr did my install and not only was he courteous and friendly but also very knowledgeable and had the system installation complete in less than 2 hours. Fast forward to August 2022, system working with no problems but wanted to have system checked and make sure everything was fine. Called and got hold of George Sr mid-morning on a Monday and told him what I needed and asked when he could get to it and he responded "how about this afternoon". Couldn't believe it. George Sr showed up shortly after lunch, ran the system through all the checks, added chemical for cleaning the system and was done in less than 30 minutes (even gave me a discount on the expensive chemical). You just can't beat that type of service (and done with a smile). Highly recommend this company."

The only hiccup was they had to go back to the warehouse 3 times to get the right water heater. Turned a 3-4hr job into a 2-day job."

"The technician came on time and, although it took him longer than expected to install the system, he installed it and demonstrated the system for me. The next day, I noticed there was still water on the concrete close to the system but, I figured it was residual water. Apparently the system was leaking. Two days after install I contacted Leaf and advised them that the system was leaking. Early, the next business day, they arrived and repaired the leak and made sure I was happy. My system seems to be working well and I am satisfied."

"The reason for the 4 rating and not a 5 is the sales part of the experiences not the technicians and the work done. Larry was the technician for my water heater. I have previously written a review for the AC installment. Larry is amazing. He has a lot of experience but what impressed me more was the fact he was totally honest & cared about my experience as the consumer. I was actually told by one of the salesman that Daniel’s prices are higher than other companies. He was correct. They seem to want to immediately try to sell a new replacement without considering the customers situation. My water heater is only 15 months old but I clearly got a ‘lemon’ and it took 3 major parts to be replaced before it was fixed. The parts were still covered by the manufacturer warranty but the labor was not. After several trips it was fixed and from my conversations with the salesperson I felt he was pushing for me to purchase a new water heater and not really understanding of the fact that I had just replaced my AC and my water heater was only 15 months old. In the end, Larry, the technician, did the right thing. It has been a week now and my water heater is working fine. I appreciate honesty more than anything when dealing with these things. I feel like I got it but it took some extra pushing on my part and a technician who stood by what he said. The owner or rep of owner replied to my previous review on the Daniel’s site. I hope this review gives him the answer to why I have not given 5 stars for either review."

"I highly recommend GA Plumbing. The owner (Gary) is a master plumber. Gary responded promptly on a Saturday morning. He did a great job finding and fixing the leak in the water main line to the house. The water was bubbling up to the surface 6 feet away from where the leak actually was, but Gary patiently fought around roots, rocks, and irrigation lines to get to it. Then he quickly made the repair. He is a knowledgeable and efficient plumber, and his rate was very reasonable."
