"Long story short I was attempting to install a new vanity over the copper supply lines for a bathroom sink. I bent the copper pipe which caused it to begin leaking. It was a Sunday night at 5:30 pm. Dan showed up even quicker than he had estimated. He was prompt, courteous and professional. He fixed the leak quickly including making recommendations to replace the 30 year old shut-off valves, which he did at the same time as fixing the leak. He also noticed the outside shutoff valve was leaking and was able to tighten the valve so that it would no longer leak. He made it quick and painless. He tried to make the higher than normal (weekend night) service fee worth the call out for us. Although it was a little more expensive because it was a weekend night, it was nice to know it had been fixed and we could turn the water on again. It was a great experience compared to our previous horrible experiences we had with Mister Quik."

He spend at least 30 minutes with me reviewing the current configuration to ensure that the replacement water heater would meet our needs. "The technician came on time and, although it took him longer than expected to install the system, he installed it and demonstrated the system for me. The next day, I noticed there was still water on the concrete close to the system but, I figured it was residual water. Apparently the system was leaking. Two days after install I contacted Leaf and advised them that the system was leaking. Early, the next business day, they arrived and repaired the leak and made sure I was happy. My system seems to be working well and I am satisfied."
