"I called for a service  on March 6, 2015 and the set up the appointment for between 1 and 4 pm, on March 9, 2015.
The called me again on March 9 at 10 am and reset the appointment for 11am and 12pm on March 9, 2015 as their repairman had a opening.  I agreed to the change and waited until 11:30 am and called them and said I had not heard from the repairman.  They assured me that he was on his way..  At about 12:30 the called me and said he could not make it because he had to take someone to rehab appointment, but said they would get someone there between 1pm and4 pm.
At 3:50 pm a guy in a delivery truck came to look at the softener..  He looked at the softener and after 5 - 10 minutes found that the new water I had installed 2 month ago, was sitting on top of the discharge water tubing preventing the softener from operating
Since he did not have a service truck he could not fix the softener.  He offered to send another service truck out the next day, but  I would have to pay another service charge.  I declined and said I would go to the hdwe store and buy and install a new tubing for the softener..
I was told over the phone that the service charge was going to be. $78.00.  What I wasn't told was that there is a$2.00 a minute charge for the time the "serviceman" was at my home for a total o $20.00.  I also was not informed that there would be a FUEL SURCHARGE of $4.96.  After reading this I decided I can not afford to call these people ever again.

"The technician came on time and, although it took him longer than expected to install the system, he installed it and demonstrated the system for me. The next day, I noticed there was still water on the concrete close to the system but, I figured it was residual water. Apparently the system was leaking. Two days after install I contacted Leaf and advised them that the system was leaking. Early, the next business day, they arrived and repaired the leak and made sure I was happy. My system seems to be working well and I am satisfied."

"We used Finken when we built our new home. They were so helpful from beginning to end and now with service these last 5.5 years. We love the automatic deliveries of salt and reverse osmosis filters. We were previous water dispenser customers also and the automatic water jug deliveries were also great! We recently had them out as our Reverse Osmosis system was making a buzzing sound and they were quick to diagnose and provide a fix. Everyone is knowledgable and friendly and we will use Finken for life!"

"Everything went well. When Branden checked out our old electrical system, he gave us four options for the work we wanted to have done. He explained each option and gave us an estimate for each one. We chose the most detailed and expensive option that involved much more work than just installing a new outlet. The work involved a new AFCI & GFCI combo breaker installation, installing a new circuit for a 15-20 amp or 115-240 outlet (with new breaker and new wire to new outlet location), medium junction box, and a new outlet. He was here all day, and we are completely satisfied with the work he did, including a good cleanup job."

"So happy about our RO System! Thank-you James F! Also, thank-you Brandon H for informing me about the benefits of water treatment! Best decision I have made in 2021. James did a great job explaining everything & answered all my questions. Nice guy & professional from start to finish. Thank-you Aquarius."

"Drained and removed old water heater and installed new one"

"They replaced our main water pipe and updated our shut off valves. They did really good work, and very good customer service. They just seemed kind of expensive for the work."

"Here is the revised version: Today’s Plumbing Service & Repairs did an excellent job fixing my garbage disposal. They were professional, reliable, and easy to work with from start to finish. The communication was clear, the service was prompt, and the repair was completed with care and attention to detail. I appreciate a company that shows up on time, explains the work clearly, and gets the job done right.
