"very pleasant. Was able to install the water softener system the next day"

"Zack Arain with Better Drinking Better Water is undoubtedly the most professional home improvement person I've ever met! He came on time and at my convenience for both the water testing and introduction to his water system product and for the actual installation. He was extremely knowledgeable and answered every question I had. He did not pressure me into buying his product but even suggested I check out other companies before deciding. He was courteous and considerate and after installation made sure everything was working properly. He made sure all my questions about the equipment were answered. I am so happy we chose his company for our whole house water treatment."

"I had received quotes from other companies for a whole house water filtration system, and Hydrotech FL gave me the best system for the money I paid, as compared to what the other companies were quoting. Even though it wasn't necessarily the cheapest quote, I believe Hyrdotech FL gave the best value, based on the quality of the filtration system as well as the post-installation service/maintenance that was included in the price."

"Pedro did an exceptional job. He is extremely knowledgeable and his prices are reasonable. Thank you for keeping our water safe for me and my children. You?re the best!"

"Mike came to my Townhome as scheduled. He was very friendly and willing to take the time to discuss the water treatment system I had in mind. He informed me that including the water softening component would be beneficial in addition to simply providing filtration. We discussed the desired location (in the garage) and optimum arrangement of the equipment to facilitate access to and from the vehicle in the garage. The Townhome garages are so small, every inch of free-space is critical. Mike was sure to economize on the foot-print of the installation; which was very much appreciated upon completion of the work. Mike offered to test our city water, and revealed, as we suspected, it would benefit from the system he recommended, since chlorine levels and dissolved solids were quite high. Upon choosing his service Mike went out of his way to acquire the salt-bin size we desired. To our delight, he arrived earlier than expected and went right to work. As we previously planned, he installed the equipment so that it was out of the way, and added a spigot so I could wash the vehicle with treated water (to avoid water spots), added an outside spigot to water plants with un-filtered water, and replaced the exterior water supply line shut-off-valve with easy access to a valve inside the garage. Mike even installed an electrical line from the fuse box for a new receptacle adjacent to the filter system. When Mike was finished everything was swept clean and the final piping installation looked better than I would have imagined Before Mike left, he showed me how to shut off the filter system when leaving for an extended period of time. I am very pleased with Mike's workmanship and professional manner, and would highly recommend him to anyone looking to have a water filtration system installed in their home or office. Thank you - Mike"

"Luis is honest and helpful. If you are looking for someone to install or repair a water treatment system Pure Touch is the place to go."

"Great customer interaction and orientation. Very personable. Installed Whole House Filter and Salt Softener system as well as a Reverse Osmosis System for drinking water. Excellent water quality. ALL the hard water is gone -- completely. What a difference it makes in skin, hair and overall health. Highly recommend this company."

"Dennis with ServiceOne is an excellent AC service technician. He did a complete and thorough job on my AC unit today. They will service my AC system every 6 months going forward, as I pre-paid for their annual AC maintenance service to come out for routine maintenance 2 times each year. I highly recommend ServiceOne AC."

"This outfit is the best. starting with Ken, who took the time to test the water and explain the benefits of this filtration system, to Lindsay setting up the install appointment, right away, to Danny,, what can I say about Danny! What a nice, courteous, professional young man...he too knows what he is doing. He had to remove somethings in order to make this work, and he cleaned up after the job was done....I've lived in Florida for many, many years and have dealt with a lot of "trades", I wished they all were as professional and knowledgeable as Quality Safe Water...I don't usually recommend folks but I would be doing a disservice to them if I did speak up...they are the best!"

"Service is conscientious, effective, and responsible."
