It was so nice, he came over on a holiday weekend, never pressured us, or was impatient, just a down to earth guy who really wanted to give us the most information to make sure Cardinal would meet all of our needs. They definitely did. Two days later their installation crew arrived bright and early and were done by early afternoon.
