They were polite, professional, and hard working. They were also pretty quick. There was a lot to do to replace our system, and they were done in half a day! One of them stayed behind when they were through to help me program our new wifi thermostats, which ended up not being easy. He was so patient through this process. "The technician came on time and, although it took him longer than expected to install the system, he installed it and demonstrated the system for me. The next day, I noticed there was still water on the concrete close to the system but, I figured it was residual water. Apparently the system was leaking. Two days after install I contacted Leaf and advised them that the system was leaking. Early, the next business day, they arrived and repaired the leak and made sure I was happy.
