We purchased their SmartChoice Gen II model. Installation was delayed three days due to a large project, but they notified us well in advance. Jarred and Robby completed a clean, quick, and efficient installation. They thoroughly explained the system operation and left their cell numbers in case we needed help. The control module also displays an Aqua Systems contact number for help. Within 24 hours, both the hot and cold water felt different and the water taste was improved.
