"The installation was done quickly and done well. The customer service was very professional. The only negative of this transaction was the cost of the project. It was the cost they told me it would be but I was just surprised that a replacement water softener system would cost that much. Overall I would definitely recommend this company."

"The plumber, Brian, relit the pilot and while he was waiting for the tank to warm up and shut off he did a minor drop repair on my kitchen faucet. The repair went well but the tank is over 15 years old and has shown signs of coming to the end of its life. After talking it over I decided to go with a new tank. The estimate was a bit higher than he originally thought it would be but on suggestion from his boss he installed the new tank the same day and also replaced the PVC piping with copper tubing, hence the extra cost. I now have a shut off for both the water and the gas as well as a handy way to flush sediment out of the system regularly to extend the age of the new tank. I was very pleased with Brian's attitude and demeanor. He never pressured me for the new tank but gave me information and let me make the decision. I would definitely go with this company again."

"We highly recommend ACS as a qualified provider. As a customer of their products and services you really don't appreciate a company till a time of need especially here in Arizona. Beginning with the 24/7 report line to the office staff, dispatch and field personnel all communicating with each other and more importantly keeping you the customer informed and safe. Their notification process for security as well as their health and welfare protocols add to the experience whether it be installation or service. Thank you."

"We called for repair or replace on our water heatet. Inspection was made the same day and a new water heater was installed the next morning! Prompt professional service!"

"I was shopping around for a whole house water softener/filtration system. My schedule was pretty hectic, but Erik came out in the late afternoon/early evening the first day I had available to discuss the options. He provided information on multiple options and manufacturers, ensuring all of my questions were answered. In the end, a competitor had a slightly better price, slightly better financing options, slightly better warranty, and included a case of filters. I will definitely keep Ram in mind for future plumbing needs."

"We contacted Legacy Water Services, LLC, knowing the owner is 3rd generation water specialist. The appointment was scheduled immediately, no waiting. Hunter arrived promptly, completed service call. He was extremely knowledgeable, able to answer our questions. We were very pleased, and recommend Legacy Water Services for residential or commercial drinking water systems."

"I was able to get my water heater installed in a very quick time. The 2 men that installed it was very knowledgeable of how to install it. I'm satisfied with their work and would reccomend them again. Their prices were more reasonable than some other companies that I had checked out. More likely I'll use them again for other projects."

"Excellent. Called with in an hour of posting. Was able to come and examine the water heater, purposed a couple of options. Within 3 hrs he had removed the old heater and installed a new unit. Awesome!! Saved hundreds of dollars."

"I had a kitchen leak and needed my faucet replaced but I needed to save as much money as possible. Leo had no issues with me buying my own faucet for him to replace and simply charged me labor! I appreciate it so much and was able to stay under $200 within my budget."
