The system he designed is incredible and his installation crew did a flawless job plumbing in the system to include adding in bypass valves for each piece of equipment as a fail safe to route water around components in the event that any of them experience mechanical failure. The RO unit is a bonus to include the connection to my refrigerator. I have officially become a water snob. "The technician came on time and, although it took him longer than expected to install the system, he installed it and demonstrated the system for me. The next day, I noticed there was still water on the concrete close to the system but, I figured it was residual water. Apparently the system was leaking. Two days after install I contacted Leaf and advised them that the system was leaking. Early, the next business day, they arrived and repaired the leak and made sure I was happy. My system seems to be working well and I am satisfied."

For the installation of my water heater, their rates were competitive with other plumbers in the area. The service tech (Fletcher) was knowledgeable and explained everything in detailed.
