"Patrick and his team are wonderful. All paperwork was handled efficiently, communication was constant, and the entire process was seamless from start to finish. The repairs also werenâ  t rushed but they were still completed in a very timely manner. I initially thought this process would be very stressful but it wasnâ  t. It went exactly as explained and everyone remained very professional the entire time. My items were moved to a storage unit and returned with no issues and there's no way to tell that I had any damage to my home by looking at the final results. The paint job looks great and the carpet installation is an absolute upgrade from what I had before (I love the carpet)!! "Although Norman was the best part of this terrible experience (nice, knowledgeable, and professional), the amount of money ?the office? charged me just to take down a portion of my ceiling (about 10x16) was outrageous. I asked for a quote to fix it only to find out that one was to take it down and one was to put it back. It cost me $3490 for about 4 hours worth of work and in that was $1125 just for an ?air mover? and a dehumidifier. I could have bought a dehumidifier for $189 that covers a 1500sf area at home depot. There is no way I would have paid $9000 for this job to take it down and put it back. No way I should have paid almost $3500 for a few hours of work for a job that was not completed (cause I was not paying another $5k just to hang drywall, finish it off and paint). I got another quote for 1/3 of that and they are going to replace my whole ceiling so it all looks the same. It would have cost me $3800 for the whole thing had I gone with this other company. I will not ever make this mistake again."

We communicated over the phone and text and he was very kind and courteous each time we talked. "From beginning to end, the project went exactly as Mr. Dill told me it would. After working up some drawings and making several suggestions for design improvements over my original idea, the installation was done over a four-day period. Tom was meticulous in his work; in fact, I think the bookcase is perfect! I would definitely use Tom again."

"First time they came out to fix my soffit venting, they completely ruined the fascia wrap, thinking they could bend it to fit the soffit panels in and bend back into place...completely unacceptable and I'm not sure who thought that was a good idea, or something they could leave and be proud of as a "5-star" company. I also needed baffles in my attic to ensure insulation would not fall back into the soffit vents. Baffles need to be secured; Ferris just laid them on top of the insulation, unsecured to anything and installed them from outside the house, without going into the attic to place them the correct way...the contractor even insisted with me that leaving them unsecured was ok without any real reasoning when I asked several times why he thought that was correct. Somewhat thankfully, they came back out and started the job over from scratch, replacing the fascia wrap and installing the soffit panels neater, but not quite right in multiple areas, which made me follow up through the workmanship warranty. Even after all of this, they left some of the fascia wood exposed and even left me with a nice gap between the fascia and my roof line in multiple areas around my home. This was due to them removing my pre-existing drip edge in these areas. When I explained this to Ferris, I was told this is their "standard" to stop fascia wrapping an inch below the roof line, even if it wasn't that way before. When I tried asking about a drip edge replacement since they tore mine off, I did not receive a response to e mail or phone call, so I guess the "1 year warranty" I received on their work only applies when they feel like addressing it. Water, critters, etc. can get into this space thanks to Ferris where there was not a gap before - talk about a home improvement! If someone had told me they were going to leave a gap and not replace my drip edge, I never would have gotten this done by them. Additionally, if I needed something to fill that gap, why wasn't I quoted for that part in the original estimate?! Completely dishonest and sneaky in how this was handled, all things considered. Totally absurd and surreal experience from what I expected to be a 5-star service company. Best of luck if you go with them for improvements in your attic ventilation"

"I am not please with this company in multiple ways. But I will only address the management. Had my light switch replaced to newer white switches during kitchen remodel. Light were replaced, but the first day the switch was wired incorrectly. Mr Raul was very professional and replaced them and showed my son they worked but the same box was connected to my Reese light which were never turned on. So when I got home I turned on the Reese lighting and we heard a big boom. Of course I thought maybe the breaker went out and went to reset but the lights still didn't come on. So I sent a text to the team to inform them on the situation and asked Raul if he could send over a Master Electrician. The next Morning I received a call from Management they wouldn't be able to send someone out and it was technically my problem. I explained we just purchased the home and it went through a full inspection including error they found and fixed before we purchased the home. Also we had the VA do another ins"
