I’ve since had to call with followup questions regarding warrantee upkeep, and their phone customer service is excellent and they are so easy to get a hold of. I know that many struggle with contacting contractors for followup and the easy of mind that this is an established business with good communication and followup for customers is worth it. My only complaint is the website is rudimentary is very challenging to support online bill pay for the warrantee payments, but other than that, a very good job!"

"They fixed the leak and put in a sump pump and water trench. The basement leaked 2 more times afterwards, but they returned to correct it right away. We were responsible all 3 times to repair the drywall and wood landing at the bottom of the stairs,so I called saying that I should not have to keep fixing those thing over and over. The CEO of the company called back and came out to the house himself to inspect. He had his people come out to the house again to do more that he felt would fix the problem for good, as well fixing the drywall and landing at no cost. It was a frustrating experience, but this company and it's CEO stood by thier work and made it right. I would use them again."
