"Gus at Pro Bright went above and beyond on a Sunday to detect and repair our master bedroom ceiling leak. With water to the house turned off at the street we were desperate to find a contractor who could respond right away. Other contractors offered appointments Monday or Tuesday. Gus responded that he could be here in 2 hours to repair the leaking pipe, but could have Jeff, his water mitigation project manager here within 30 minutes to assess the water damage. I told him we could wait until the next day, he arrived on time, dug up my very rocky soil to get to the water main and made the repairs. The customer service was great and he explained everything to me every step of the way. The cost was also reasonable. I have asked that he return to make an additional repair later this week. I waited for a human to leave a message instead of automated systems, which was Paul at Complete Plumbing located in Claremont. Same day replacement, haul away, and install of a 40 Gal. Bradford White was $1595 (2 year labor water, 6 year manufacturer warranty). Michael did the installation and had a delay from the first job, but Paul kept updating status and the install time wasn't much later than the original estimate. Michael answered all my questions and concerns."
