"My mailbox fell apart and could not be repaired. It needed a new post and everything. This occurred the first week of December and although the ground was not yet frozen, I was concerned that it could soon become frozen.  This is Wisconsin, after all. I called all the highly rated handyman providers, and they all were booked for at least two weeks and some were busy through January or February. I decided to take a chance on Property Image, even though they had only a few reviews. The entire process went really well. They could not set up an available date for three days or so, but they communicated with me so I knew they were coming. I also could not be there during the work, which was not a problem for them. They offered to buy a new mailbox for me, but I wanted to choose one myself. I bought one (they purchased a post), and left it on my front porch in the morning. I came home that evening and it was installed perfectly, just the right distance from the street, level and sturdy in the ground. The landscaping around the post looked like it was barely touched. They billed me about a week later. It all worked out and I love my new mailbox <br />"

"Two words: Excellent, Professional. Tim is in constant communication; he answers his cell, he returns emails. His estimate was not a penny more or less than what he actually billed. He also had no problem waiting to cash our payment check to him (which as duly dated) until our products were returned. He worked 2 non consecutive days for me; the set up date and the tear-down date a few days later. If anything changed from our procedures he immediately followed up. The work involved a lot of logistics, planning and quite a bit of heavy lifting and a lot of manual labor; he performed so well I actually would have taken him back with us! Tim even made himself available to come to our hotel and pick up extra samples we needed shipped out as well as documentation I prepared for him. I will be hiring him again, without hesitation. If his renovation projects are as good as the work he did for us, I would highly recommend him to anyone in the Eau Claire WI area...and further. He is well worth it."

"Phase 1 is now complete -- the water control system was installed last week over the course of a day and a half. Everything has been stellar -- from the care and attention to detail of the rep (Scott) who came to do the initial quote, to communications with the office about scheduling, right up through the work of the prompt, knowledgeable, and friendly crew -- led by foreman Alan -- who got the job done smoothly. They graciously did a few extra things as well, like patching the concrete wall in spots we identified; and Alan reviewed the upcoming Phase 2 (installation of egress window, after the ground thaws) and determined that hand-digging will be necessary because our fencing will prohibit bringing in their equipment to our backyard. It was reassuring to have that addressed well in advance of the week the job will be done."

"He was able to install the keyboard tray for me in no time. In regards to the chair, not only did my boss try to fix it but after taking it to Office Depot they couldn't install the pump it either. Ken took it with him for about an hour and brought it back fixed...yay!!! The keyboard tray and the chair have been great ever since. Thanks Ken!!!"
