Technician Marcus Keenom, arrived on time, was very courteous, professional and was flexible to come up with a fix to resolve the issue. His attention to details was very good and I am very happy with teh work. #2 November 2020: The 13 year old Garage Door Opener failed (motor or circuit boards). This time, I asked for Marcus. "I had a spring break and cables disconnect on my garage door. The breakage even bent my door at the top where the opener kept pulling after the break. I was told when I made the appointment that 75% of these issues can be fixed. Andy came out and said he could reinforce the bent door with a rail and bigger bracket, but didn't guarantee the gap from it being bent could be fixed (made sense). Within an hour, he had completely fixed the bent door including the gap at the top was GONE and no longer bent. He also did a tune up on my other door. He explained everything he was going to do and showed me how to lube the doors with what and when. He was amazingly fast. Excellent job!"
