He explained what each alternative provider had to offer to get us where we needed to be by our closing. This was done in a very professional, unbiased manner. He also checked over several other windows to make sure their seals were intact. I ended by having estimates from this company and one other. The second company was slightly less as expensive but their estimator was not as knowledgeable. Although it was clear that this company has quite a bit of business and we are on the edge of their service area, they went out of their way to make sure that we had the windows installed by our closing date. They also ensured that we had all the documentation we needed because one pane was damaged on the fairly long drive to our house (it is glass, after all). I feel confident leaving our buyers in this companies hands to see through the work. The installers were quick, professional and neat. Can't quite figure out what else you'd want!"
