"It was the day after the hottest day of the year so far so I expected to have trouble getting help. The office was very helpful in arranging an emergency call because without it we would have been without A/C until well into next week. JP called us shortly after our initial call and arrived when he said he would. He quickly assessed the problem and made the repairs as well as checking the levels of the refrigerant, which were pretty close to normal for both of our units. My only objection was the high standard cost of the repair of the panel on the unit. For the amount of time and the materials used, I thought it was much too high for the short time the repair took. I was happy to pay the additional amount for the emergency service, but the actual repair cost was high. For that reason alone, I would have to think about it before using them again."

"Finally an honest Solar company!! I went through several companies trying to get quotes for one of my properties, either they were ridiculously expensive or they didn't return my calls. A friend of mine referred me to Mega Sun and I have to say I am very pleased. "Great service and honest people to work with! Charlie was able to give me a good estimate for repairing my concrete at my back yard. Although it was not a big project, Charlie agreed to do it and he sent to my house 2 guys that took out the old concrete and to do a new one with a nice design. The workers worked for 3 days in a row and they made sure to do their work without interfear us.  At the end they made sure to clean  and to ask our permission that everything is good.

" Mr. Joshua Brown is truly a professional handyman and an individual with strong character.  He skillfully and quickly hung all my paintings and mirrors the following day and had finished with the first coat of paint in the master bedroom when he decided to take a look at my brand new dryer that wasn't working.  I had a feeling that the person that had installed it for me had not done it properly.  Mr. Brown, tried several different scenarios that all led to the fact that the dryer was working properly--it was heating up the clothes but they were still wet.  Mr. Brown had the thought to go outside to the vent to feel the stream of air that the dryer should have been pushing out.  That's when Mr. Brown realized that no air was being pushed out by the dryer--he realized that there had to be something blocking the air flow to the outside which was why the clothes were heating up but the humidity had no where to go so the clothes stayed damp.  Mr Brown cleverly took a coat hanger and straightened it out and pushed it as far as he could down the tube that leads from the dryer to the wall, through the garage and to the outside--and pulled out a watermelon sized ball of NASTY lint, hair, dust, etc that had been stuck there for at least 10 years!  Like I said, I have just moved in to this place and was horrified by what he discovered and then relieved when he told me that if he had not detected this, not only would the dryer continue to not work but it was just a matter of time before I had a house fire.  The tightly packed pile of lint, dust, etc is HIGHLY FLAMMABLE and I believe that Mr. Joshua Brown saved my life that day. 
What I would like to say about Mr. Brown is that he doesn't give up when his first attempt at fixing something doesn't work.  He is tenacious and diligent and takes pride in his work.  His skills cross many disciplines from painting to appliances to construction.  One additional skill that he possesses which is hard to find, is that he is a visualizer.  I have several ideas for future projects and he was able to visualize my project and make recommendations and suggestions based on what I described.  I liked that I could kind of give him the overarching idea of what I wanted to do and he could tell me the exact steps to take to get me there.  I enjoyed his happy disposition and was very comfortable continuing on with my daily routines at the house while he was there.  I highly recommend Mr. Joshua Brown and will be using his services again myself very soon.

"By the time the service rep was contacted and he called us, we had purchased the part and repaired the air conditioner unit ourselves. We had hire the service company to do a complete service on the unit on June 23,2022. I would recommend Freedom Heating and Air to anyone needing service. They were very professional and did a thorough job. They explained what they were doing from beginning to end. We were shown pictures of before and after as they did the work. We will use them again if it becomes necessary."

"There were defects in a cooler thermostat that I had purchased for Alltech to install, which, by the time it could be identified as "bob," or "bad out of the box," had damaged two fan motors, and I was pleased that Alltech stayed on the problem 'til it could be made right. The installation project itself also had some quirks that Alltech was happy to work out."

"The company was flexible with the scheduling (we had to reschedule once due to a last minute conflict), and arrived on time for the appointment.   The team did an inspection and cleaning of the ducts, and then provided a detailed synopsis of the services, and items that we should consider repairing now or in the future.  Overall, we were pleased with the service, and are thankful to have dust and debris removed.
