"Based on advertised claims, called them to fix an AC cycling problem. Tech told me that furnace was "old" and I should replace it, and then gave me a quote on replacing the furnace motor. Neither of these issues was the problem and this type of advice was exactly what I was trying to avoid. (I own seven properties and need someone who can actually "fix" an issue, not try to upcharge me). I called them several times to protest their charge of a housecall fee and one hour labor, since they did nothing to identify or fix the problem. Told them I didn't think I should pay the excessive charge but they already had my credit card number and wouldn't cancel or adjust the charge until I was called by someone. Was told some guy named Alex would call me about it, but he never calls, even though I have called their office at least 5 times to resolve the issue. Don't use these guys, there are much better providers around."

I’m still in total amazement how accommodating and helpful Frank is! I will never do business with anyone else.. Reasonable, helpful and went out of his way... they were fast! Coming back Mon after Amerigas unlocks tank to light furnace and inspect since we had to wait for Amerigas who wouldn’t help and made us wait for a week!"
