He immediately followed up with the part number of the part which had likely failed and a link to Sears PartsDirect to order the part. After our session I removed the wall oven from the kitchen cabinet enclosure, found the suspected part, and confirmed it had indeed failed (as we had discussed during our session. I just ordered the part, and will plan to complete the oven repair when it arrives in a week or so. I'll definitely plan to use this Neli service again when needed."

"I was pleasantly surprised when Paul and his associate provided me with much needed same day service on a Sunday right before a holiday. He was punctual, professional, courteous and very friendly. He did not cut any corners and provided top quality service to the point of thoroughly inspecting my appliance and ridding it of any safety hazards (excess lint, etc...). "Jeff came out right away when we called for service.  He gave us an estimate that was very reasonable and guaranteed that the final cost would not exceed his estimate.  Several other companies that we contacted were trying to convince us that we needed to replace the entire heating and air conditioning system.  Jeff advised that we make the repair instead of replace the unit because he believed that the unit was fine other than the faulty part.  We appreciated that he did not try to sell us something that we really didn't need.
He ordered the part which was under warranty.  The manufacturer was going to charge for freight on the part, but Jeff convinced them that since the part was under warranty, we should not have to pay an extra charge for the freight.  He ordered the part, scheduled a time to install it as soon as it arrived, and completed the job to our satisfaction."

"Technician came to the house and analyzed the problem. It was determined that the cost of repair was over the allowable Choice Home Warranty limit and it should be replaced. Choice Home Warranty issued their replacement cost. This cost was unacceptable and I challenged their figure. After some negotiation I was offered an increased settlement amount. I still balked at their offer but I was told to take it or repair my old microwave. I finally accepted their amount, even though it is still well below what it will cost me to replace the unit. I might add that the existing microwave has the convection feature and I want to replace with same features. The cost that I will receive also does not include any removal, disposal or installation costs. At this time I am debating whether I will continue with Choice Home Warranty or consider other options."
