The gentleman that came to do the service was polite, professional and took the time to explain everything to us. Initially I called other companies for quotes and most of them did not want to give me even an estimate. "They were amazing. Our hot water heater went out on Easter Sunday. Family of 5 with no hot water....not a good situation. Reached out through Angi to see if we could even get anyone to respond to us within a week. Jeremy called almost immediately. We had the initial call at about 930am - Jeremy and Jason were on site by 11:30am. New hot water heater installation - complete by 3pm. Both gave us great advice and recommendations for the project - from "repairing" our aging hot water heaters, to what options would be best with new units. I would highly recommend this company.
