"It was pretty standard pool service.  They did an adequate job, not spectacular.  The deal was for pool service. That's what they provided.  I was gonna have them do some other work around the pool, but I didn't feel very confident in their ability to do that, so we just stuck with the cleaning. They just weren't really responsive.  Like I said, I was gonna have them do some additional work, some actual repairs with the pool, but they just weren't responsive. They weren't timely in getting back to me on that."

"Matt determined the problem quickly, and fixed it, and got the pump working again..  He also tightened down all electrical connections in the power box, and adjusted the Polaris unit.  Did much more than asked or expected.  Would definitely recommend.
