"By the time the service rep was contacted and he called us, we had purchased the part and repaired the air conditioner unit ourselves. We had hire the service company to do a complete service on the unit on June 23,2022. I would recommend Freedom Heating and Air to anyone needing service. They were very professional and did a thorough job. They explained what they were doing from beginning to end. We were shown pictures of before and after as they did the work. He made a special trip at the end of his work day to make sure the job got done on the same day so my SIL wouldn't have to deal with the leak for an additional night. He also made sure to get the many weeks worth of built up snow and ice off her roof. Then he came back a couple days later to secure the rest of her roof so there would be no additional leaks. Because he was fitting us in at the end of his day, both he and his wife stayed in touch with me throughout the day, until he was there. He was so kind to my SIL and treated her with compassion when she started crying. It's nice to know we have someone to help, when we live faraway."

"Price charged was very reasonable. Service did fall short of expectation, however. When washer and dryer were disconnected, the hose was left to drain on my laundry room floor causing a substantial mess on floor, and the dryer pipe in floor was not capped. When the hook-up was done at the new residence, the hot and cold water hoses were not connected to the correct temperature connection (in otherwords, hot water is entering washer on cold water selection and cold water is entering washer on warm water selection). He was very courteous and I appreciated his driving the distance to perform the work."
