I did not know how to proceed, when the masonry work was complete and the water issue persisted. Fredy returned to help me figure out what the issue was, he even brought in a plumber to address a cracked pipe that turned out to be the source of the water issue . Fredy takes on your problem and makes it his own, seeing it through until the issue is resolved. Fredy is a rare contractor, one that I recommend highly."
