Our installation technician, Trinity, was a gem. He arrived on time and after a quick inspection got to work. In was heating up in the Sacramento Valley, but he kept right on working with a minimum of noise. In under 3 hours, the old garage door was removed, a new garage door with opener installed, old garage door was taken away and there was time for a complete tutorial on how to operate it. "The whole experience was very professional and friendly. They gave a 2 hour window when they would show up. Each time they came it was no later then 20 minutes after the first hour. They did a complete garage door,motor and railing install. It took about 3 hours. They cleaned up the entire area and took my old door away which was an extra cost but it was a very reasonable price.
