A few things really stood out. 1) He did a furnace flue piper install that he could have charged us much more for if he had wanted to take advantage of us - but he was honest and we paid less than we feared. He also went the extra mile helping my wife and I through a warranty claim with the furnace company so that we did not have to pay extra part costs. It was an unexpected need, but he was prepared with the part and worked with the manufacturer to get us covered. He was even able to better a previous repair. 2) On a home humidifier install, he made himself available on short notice, took time to answer our questions, and then showed us how to maintain the equipment ourselves so we wouldn't need to shelve out more for additional contracting work - even from him. Have had many people give estimates to replace sewer line but they were the only company to come out and use camera and equipment in FREE estimate (I was previously charged hundreds for a camera by another company) and specifically identify areas where they d dig and ended up replacing all the way under house for same cost. They did have to change days/times a couple times for estimate and work but my schedule was flexible and they notified promptly. It is expensive approx 8k but sewer line replacement is and they don t cut corners- do it to code. They even moved washer and dryer for me and offered to put back. One of the guys gave me the name of a person to repair the tile who happened to be working renovating my neighbor s house and he came a few days after they replaced the concrete and did a beautiful tile replacement - cannot even tell where they dug a hole."
