"Had a leak in main water line. Collected estimates and methods in replacing the water line. I am glad I found The Water Line Group on the web in researching best methods to replace house main water line. After calling The Water Line Group, Geary came the same day to review best method to replace the main water line. What I liked about his estimate it included two methods with no extra cost and very reasonable compared to other estimates. Work schedule was set up less than a week. I was impressed by the crew led my Jamie. They successfully did the trenchless method from the original connection to the water meter with no disturbance to house, front porch, tree, scrubs and driveway. They have the pull water pipe method down to a high success rate. I highly recommend The Water Line Group."

"I called Remedy at 7:30am to request a new toilet installation, and they were able to get it done the same day at a very reasonable price. The technician took his shoes off before entering the house and kept his mask on the entire time. He was professional and courteous, as was the office personnel I spoke with. They removed the old toilet, installed the new toilet, processed the paperwork, and disposed of the old toilet, all in less than an hour. "We had been having an ongoing leak coming through our ceiling that noone could seem to fix or truly take the time to locate and fix the problem but when Homeserve finally sent this plumbing company out it was a totally different experience, Connor and the other young man called ahead, arrived promptly and did a thorough job! They found the problem, fixed it, even repaired some unfinished issues the previous plumber left behind and thoroughly cleaned up behind themselves. They were professional and polite and I have nothing but positive to say about this company."

"The technician from Prime Plumbing did a superb job of replacing copper water lines on my yacht. He arrived promptly and was VERY professional! He took the time to analyze the issues, offered an in-depth explanation of the job scope and noted safety features like backflow preventers now available, since she is an older yacht. The technician had to work in a tight space as well. Very methodical, careful, and thorough. Our water system works like NEW again! I would highly recommend Prime Plumbing for any plumbing repairs at our home or yacht!"

"Very happy with them. I have used them since I first bought the house in the early 80's. They installed my system.   They let me know what they do or don't find when they come for the inspections. They used to have a piece of paper that was what they found or didn't. Now it's automated so you get an email."

"Professional and efficient. Chris did an A/C repair on a part under warranty from another company. He quickly coordinated getting the new part through the warranty and completed the repair quickly. Will recommend to others."
