Soon after they got paid we started finding more & worse problems arising from their work than what we originally contacted them for. The floors they ?fixed? were not level and started heaving like a roller coaster, many of the doors do not open or close properly, our finished floors are squeaking & popping up all over and the foundation is shifting & leaking more that it originally did. Twice they sent out servicemen to fix the problems by making adjustments; that only made it worse. The last service man said that the problems were bigger than he could handle alone and would set up to have a crew come back in warm weather to make the needed repairs; that hasn?t happened yet. We found out that much of the work was done wrong and not done as per the plan and specifications or what our salesman told us would be done, the materials we were quoted, paid for and supposed to be used were substituted and never instal"

"Biggest scam I e ever experience. The charged me 40k after interest to fix my sagging foundation, and fix my flooding crawl space. After an impressive sales pitch I signed the contract and had them do the ?work?. dusing the sales pitch they told me they would level my floors, and install equipment to prevent my crawl space from flooding every year. They explained this will be a multiple day project and I would have to rip up my floor to give the access to the foundation. So I ripped up my floor, and had them come in to do the work. They were in and out in about 4 hours, and left me with still sagging floors. after Getting in the crawl space myself I discovered that multiple of the jacks that they installed to lift the foundation, weren?t even touching the joists. And to this day, my crawl space still floods with a foot of water every spring. I contacted Ayer?s to see what can be done, they offered no compensation, and no help. "Hired Kent Home Services in Nov. 2022 to pour a concrete patio, part of our driveway, a front walkway, and a front porch. The concrete didn?t look good when it was finished, which I conveyed to the business. Now, just 3 1/2 years later, the front porch is settling away from the house and the concrete is failing and looks terrible. The first picture below is mismatched concrete on the back porch when it was poured. The other pictures are the present condition. I tried to work with them to redo the porch and some of the worst sections, but they were unwilling to stand by their work. Quoted me an amount almost equal the original invoice ($9,000) to replace the worst sections. Cannot recommend."

Everything was timed perfect and Luis was excellent at communicating through the entire process from beginning to end. Our city inspector stopped by a second time and stated it was poured exactly the way they wanted it to be and was impressed with the work of L & O. So were many neighbors.
