I was not there at the time when the service took place, but I did ask the person that was here to go over things in further details. That's exactly what they did and from my understanding they had no problem in doing that. They even went further than that, so they went over and above to what I asked. I set it all up. I spoke to the gentleman that did the repair. I used them twice, I don't see why I would not use them for the third time. The guy did a great job.
