"Jeff and team recently painted and performed numerous other home improvement updates on our 1981 ~2400 sq ft house. The paint job is very nice - all walls and trim, house, garage and basement. It was great that they are also able to do painting-related updates ranging from new electrical outlets, closet maid installs, new door hardware, etc. at the same time, and that help show off the freshly painted and updated house. They were also willing to come out and do some smaller touch-up jobs after all our furniture and carpet was installed. The JAM team had done some painting in our old house and when we moved and first needed a basically whole house paint job, we got two painting quotes and decided to go with JAM as the two quotes were very similar and we had enjoyed working with Jeff and team in the past. "-- MHI Painting did a great job with my project from estimate to completion. Mike was willing to explain what he wanted to do and why he wanted to do it. I’m not a DIY person, so hearing his explanations helped me understand his proposal. -- The job consisted of repainting kitchen and family room in the same colors which I really liked but were old and needed freshening. Billy took switch plate covers to the paint supplier to get a match. It also included painting new wood trim around a recently replaced patio door. The workspaces painted included tray and coved ceilings. -- Billy’s team did an excellent job of painting and clean-up and showed respect for my property. -- This is the second time I have used MHI and they have now done both exterior and interior work for me. "4-Ever Watertite waterproofed our home in 2012, exterior and interior.The outside east, west and north walls weredug up manuallydown to the footing. (These sides represent the main part of our house built in 1938; the south side is part ofan extension to the house built in 1965). The porch was removed (later replaced by Madison Maintenance LLC).  New draintiles were installede with 4in. draintile with sock.  Bleeder onwalls were flushed out so water would flow.Delta board installed from footing to grade. 6 mil Visqueen, trowel grade tar used.  Edges treated with eucalistic sealant and moldings, mortar joints repaired inside and out.  Fabric installed over stone, dirt and topsoil, basement window recaulked.
     Mr. Bob Gray and his crew were professional and efficient and we have been please with the result of their work.  They have also straightened basement walls for us-separate review.

"From the day Mac came to our house to explain options and clarify the process and price, we were sold and convinced that using All-Weather Seal was the best option to meet our needs.  Even after the initial order we requested a few minor changes and he was very accommodating.  In fact, as we placed the order over Labor Day Weekend, he even came to my work place to pick up the check we made and finish all details for the order.  After we finished the order when we finalized changes, Mac came back to my office to sign the contract again with requested changes.  He always accommodated our needs and our work and after-work schedules of my wife and me.  Just about the time we were going to call All-Weather Seal about the installation of the windows, sure enough Mac called again and let me know I would  be hearing from the installers about setting up a date/day/time to do the work.  One of the staff came to do one final measurement of all the windows and within a few days the installers came to our home on a Saturday to remove our old windows and install the new ones.  They were on time and prompt in their arrival.  They were respectful of our home and took care to make sure everything was done properly with the installation throughout the day.  As they worked they cleaned up what was not needed any more, then left the area in front of our home spotless as if they had never been there and the new windows had always been in place.  We were totally impressed with the entire process, the price and the work ethic, honesty and workmanship of all involved.  While we did not have a budget to do ALL the windows at this time for our entire house, we would contact All-Weather Seal in a minute if and when we are interested or able to install other windows or doors in our home.

"The powerwash was done a couple weeks after the purchase, since then they have cancelled the stain application 3 times due to weather, 2 of which were perfectly sunny, warm days. It is not too late in Michigan to perform this work. On a side note, I have had multiple instances now with them using the Angie's List message system where it appeared as if my messages were going unanswered. Then I would get multiple responses from them at once, each one appearing to answer my prior unanswered question. They are blaming that on delays in the Angie's List message system, claiming they DID answer my questions but the message to me was delayed for some reason. I don't know if that is true or not. If it is true it will drastically change how I review them."

"Terry was the best.  Completed the job as promised in about 40 minutes.  Also saw there was a problem with the cabinet hinge, took off the bad parts, told me where to get replacements and how to install them.  Will use this service again (all ready scheduled the next job).  Very professional and personable.  Would recommend to anyone.  You will not be unhappy.
