I was considering a tankless water heater already, and the first tech walked me through the pros and cons, then wrote up an estimate. Two additional techs came the next day to install the heater and the necessary gas and power lines. The only issue I had was that one of the newly installed gas fittings leaked gas into the basement. I shut off the supply valve and called Streamline, and they came out within half an hour to fix it at their expense. Mistakes happen, and I was impressed with how professionally they corrected that one."

Then, modified and replaced the old gas and water pipes and fittings as necessary to connect the new unit. They were in and out in about 4hrs with no major issues. They did have one minor issue with the outdoor exhaust housing not fitting but performed a work-around to insure the unit would work properly while waiting for the replacement part to come in.
