"A high priced, high overhead company sends a low paid worker to your house to do the unskilled labor of cleaning windows, then pockets 50% of the purchase price for themselves.
Caveat: The worker did a good job but the company did little or nothing to add competitive value to the purchase price of the work completed. I overpaid and should have hired a motivated college kid directly.

"Called about leak Sunday morning. Plumber came out Monday, determined it needed replacement and notified Choice, who approved claim and permitted plumber to order new water heater. Thursday new water heater was installed. Was kept updated every day by both Choice and the plumber. Workers left my garage clean and I have hot water. Very satisfied and have recommended Choice Home Warranty on the Nextdoor app."

"Well, the first time the replacement was ordered it was the wrong one, which of course, delayed the installation a week. When it was finally installed I had to pay an additional $850 for code upgrades. This I was not informed of by Home Shield. Then we noticed that there was water on the garage floor and found that the pipe coming in from the wall was leaking at the wall so had to call the plumbing company back out to fix it. They first tried to say it was not their fault but since there wasn't a leak before they installed they did fix it. I have used Home Shield a few times before and never had a problem. Some of the companies they use are not the best so you have to research them before you commit. I have found HS service to be good if you do your homework. At the end of the day I was without hot water for almost 3 weeks but it was do to the plumbing company they sent out."

"My experience with KG Construction was excellent. Both Kyle and Gio were very professional and worked the entirety of the day on the project. They exceeded my expectations and had my project done the same day, as opposed to a couple days which I had anticipated. They beat out all other bids and prices and rendered the same service. My project was completed in full with no flaws. Very happy with the service as I would recommend them for any building or remodeling project and hire them again."
