He repaired the walls, removed all the cracked and damage concrete and placed down new concrete and repainted the entire garage. He did a great job and finished a week early. Very respectful and very polite. A little hard to get a hold of at times but I understand due to the business. I would recommend him to anyone and would use him again."

Fernald Homes did a fantastic job staying on schedule but sub-contractors are out of their control deliveries and back orders of things you selected can change dates of completion. Fernald Homes were professionals from start to finish and helped us with there knowledge of products & years of experience. I took a risk allowing someone i did not know in my home for 3 weeks unsupervised to complete the project. Fernald Homes made sure my home was secure and treated it with respect. AMSCO builders was very efficient in the construction of my garage, even during the rainy month of May here in Central Florida. "My partner and I met with Christopher October 2012. We wanted our Kitchen , Master Bath and Guest Bath renovated. From the first time Christopher met with us his presentation and professionalism was out standing. He explained to us what the process was and was very upfront on what to expect. He designed our space beautifully. We were very excited to start our project. The day of start he introduced us to John one of his project managers. John was excellent in his duties and all the guys he managed did just as he asked. We did have a few issues along the way but needless to say they were resolved rather quickly. Christopher promised our project would be done before Christmas and on Xmas eve the guys were here until 12am cleaning and putting on final details. We had a house full of friends and family that really were impressed with the work. There were a few things we found after the guys left and as expected John came right out and took care of it. "I highly recommend Greg Luebbe and Total Home Roofing. We loved our neighbor's new roof and inquired with her to find out who did the work. She said Total Home Roofing did two of her three daycare buildings. She said Greg Luebbe was her salesman. Greg came over to the house and was very nice and helpful. He not only gave us a thorough presentation, and a great price, he got up on our steep roof and tarped over the missing shingles to prevent leaking until they could install the roof. The roof was installed exactly one week after he sold us. My husband and I are very pleased with the whole experience!"
