"This is the second time we have used Aquias Water, to install a full home water treatment system. The first time was a great experience, with exceptional product quality. After moving, Aquias was able to work with our schedule, to get a new system installed prior to moving in. Cory, was professional and courteous from the very first moment. Not only did he know what he was doing, but was able to explain along the way. Aquias has already been recommended to neighbors, and no other company will touch our system. Thanks again for another great job!"

"My water softener (which I inherited from my grandmother) was stuck in an endless purge cycle, so I called the man who installed it, but he was no longer in business. I looked on Angie's list for another merchant. I found AOK and the reviews looked good, I liked that it was a family-owned company, and the prices that people paid were in my feasible range. I made the appointment to have my softener looked at, and Kevin showed up a few minutes early. We reviewed my options, and we determined that my system, which was not new when I inherited it a few years ago, was too old to fix for a price that made sense. Replacing the entire system cost only $250 more than repairing, so I went for it. I was at work, but my roommate was home when Kevin returned to make the repair. He said the water would be out for a couple of hours, but it was less time than that. The water has been even softer than it was before ever since. Very happy with my purchase! The grade of B for price merely means that I had not intended to pay that much; it is not meant as a criticism of AOK's prices. The grade of B for Quality reflects minor complaints, like leaving the soil turned over and piled up around the softener, leaving an empty sports drink bottle, leaving the cord from the old system balled up on the ground, etc. They were really minor annoyances; I would use AOK again in a heartbeat."

"Upon settling into our new haven in Riverview, Florida, we were immediately greeted by a rather unpleasant olfactory experience emanating from our tap water. A pervasive, unsettling odor hung in the air, making the simple act of quenching our thirst or taking a refreshing shower an ordeal. It didn't take long for us to realize that our city water had more than just a fragrance issue; it was plagued by insidious contaminants, including sulfates and lead. In our quest for a solution, we turned to Aqua-Wise, and what transpired was nothing short of remarkable. They recommended a comprehensive water treatment plan that included the installation of the CLACK AQUALUX SOFTPRO 64K Package, comprising a Softener, Carbon filter, and Ozone Generator, as well as the AquaBlue Whole House Filter System. As a delightful bonus, we received a Free Reverse Osmosis (RO) system to complement our final water treatment setup. The Aqua-Wise technician, equipped with extensive knowledge and expertise, executed the installation with precision and professionalism. Each component of the CLACK AQUALUX SOFTPRO 64K Package and the AquaBlue Whole House Filter System was explained to us in detail, ensuring that we understood how these systems would collectively address not only the noxious odor but also the concerning presence of sulfates and lead in our city water supply. Since the implementation of their solution, the transformation in our water quality has been astounding. The once-offensive odor that greeted us has been banished, replaced by a neutral, clean aroma that signifies pure and safe water. It's as if the very essence of our water has been revitalized, restoring a sense of tranquility to our daily routines. More importantly, our concerns about the presence of sulfates and lead have been allayed. Aqua-Wise's commitment to water quality shines brightly as they've equipped us with not only the state-of-the-art CLACK AQUALUX SOFTPRO 64K Package but also the highly effective AquaBlue Whole House Filter System. These combined systems work harmoniously to ensure that every drop of water in our home is free from impurities, providing us with the peace of mind we truly cherish. The addition of the Free Reverse Osmosis (RO) system is the crowning jewel of our water treatment journey. This compact yet powerful system provides us with an additional layer of protection, ensuring that the water we use for drinking and cooking is of the highest quality. With the RO system in place, we savor every sip, knowing that it's free from contaminants and impurities. In the realm of water purification, Aqua-Wise emerges as a beacon of hope for communities like ours in Riverview. Their dedication to improving water quality and their ability to resolve complex issues, such as the noxious odor and the presence of sulfates and lead, is truly commendable. We wholeheartedly endorse Aqua-Wise for their unwavering commitment to transforming the water in our city from a source of concern to a wellspring of purity and peace of mind, thanks to the CLACK AQUALUX SOFTPRO 64K Package, the AquaBlue Whole House Filter System, and the invaluable Free Reverse Osmosis (RO) system."

"We had a water softener installed 5 years prior that was not working at all and that previous company wouldn't fix the problem. Rather than purchase from that company again, I decided to get quotes from other companies for a new system. I am so glad I found AOK through Home Adviser. I really appreciated Kristie & Kevin were very knowledge about the problems with my water softener system. Kevin offered to repair our softener, but we decided it was best to replace it. Once Kevin had removed the old softener, we were able to see the reasons why our 5 year old softener had not been working properly to soften the water at all. The resin was of seriously poor quality and the carbon was almost non existent. Kevin installed a new softener with much higher grade resin (which he showed me before installation) and we got a 2 tank system with one being devoted to carbon only for better performance. The difference in water quality was IMMEDIATE! Kevin did warn me about possible discoloration for a short time due to new resin and carbon filtering, but that went away within a day and didn't cause any quality issues. I m really happy with A-OK Water Services. I would highly recommend them for work quality, customer service and price point. Awesome people to work with. They also provided salt services for a reasonable price and deliver higher quality salt that what I can purchase in the stores myself. Being disabled, I need that help because I can't handle those heavy salt bags."

"I am very satisfied with the job they did installing a new water softener for me and especially explaining all the questions I was asking. This is a family owned business and they were very courteous and professional."

"Installed complete home water softener system, Professional installation with full explanation on operation to homeowners"

"I had an excellent experience with your plumber David Yates in early November of 2025, so I called your office April 29th 2026 to request his services to complete work begun April 2nd with Invoice 157850535 by another of your plumbers, Anthony Greene. May 1st, via Invoice 159573769, David completed the repair and replacement of my Hall bathroom's Tub/Shower handles with installation of Gerber extension kit picked up from Hydrologic; David also picked up new sleeves and after discussions with Bucks staff, cut extensions and chrome sleeves to size, then installed handles and tested; working properly at this time, then installed owner supplied handheld shower and tested; no leaks. I am overjoyed with David's excellent work, professionalism and kind demeanor. I plan to ask for David Yates for all of my The Clean Plumber services in the future. Thank you, Robert Boileau"

"OK, I do question the taking of the old core. My understanding is that Moen has a lifetime guarantee with free replacement. I was charged for the part."
