"We had a water softener installed 5 years prior that was not working at all and that previous company wouldn't fix the problem. Rather than purchase from that company again, I decided to get quotes from other companies for a new system. I am so glad I found AOK through Home Adviser. I really appreciated Kristie & Kevin were very knowledge about the problems with my water softener system. Kevin offered to repair our softener, but we decided it was best to replace it. Once Kevin had removed the old softener, we were able to see the reasons why our 5 year old softener had not been working properly to soften the water at all. The resin was of seriously poor quality and the carbon was almost non existent. Kevin installed a new softener with much higher grade resin (which he showed me before installation) and we got a 2 tank system with one being devoted to carbon only for better performance. The difference in water quality was IMMEDIATE! Kevin did warn me about possible discoloration for a short time due to new resin and carbon filtering, but that went away within a day and didn't cause any quality issues. I m really happy with A-OK Water Services. I would highly recommend them for work quality, customer service and price point. Awesome people to work with. They also provided salt services for a reasonable price and deliver higher quality salt that what I can purchase in the stores myself. Being disabled, I need that help because I can't handle those heavy salt bags."

May 1st, via Invoice 159573769, David completed the repair and replacement of my Hall bathroom's Tub/Shower handles with installation of Gerber extension kit picked up from Hydrologic; David also picked up new sleeves and after discussions with Bucks staff, cut extensions and chrome sleeves to size, then installed handles and tested; working properly at this time, then installed owner supplied handheld shower and tested; no leaks. "Love the Puronics system. We’ve been a loyal customer since July 2015. Never had a issue at all and have recommended to everyone that’s ever asked HOWEVER my only disappointment is we were told that they would remove and instal one time for free if we moved. We are getting ready to have our floor coated and although we aren’t moving we called to ask if they could unhook it for a week and hook it back up. (Same as a move in my opinion) and they said, if it’s not in your contract then it’s $500+ to do it. What a bummer!! So no matter what the sales person tells you, MAKE SURE ITS IN THE CONTRACT because verbal agreements don’t get honored."
