"I needed an entire new roof, the roof was dirty, shingles were curling and in some spots my shingles were missing altogether. Duane was great. I read reviews on Angie’s list and decided to give him a call. He came out a few days later to make an initial assessment of my roof and gave me a quote immediately. When he arrived he came with a sample book of shingles to choose from as well as a packet of information including copies of licenses, insurance and about 20 pages worth of references. Being a businessman myself this definitely impressed me. I called a few of his references and they had nothing but great things to say about him. We scheduled a time and date for the work to begin, but Mother Nature just wouldn’t cooperate with us. Due to the rain we had to reschedule a few times, but Duane ALWAYS stayed on top of it. He would always communicate ahead of time to keep you updated on the weather forecast and let you whether or not the job would need to be rescheduled. I always felt that I knew what was happening and could plan my work schedule accordingly. Duane stated that his team would be at my house to start the work at 7am and the job would be completed within 1 day and that’s exactly what happened. They were punctual, efficient and all very professional. The new roof and skylights look great and I couldn’t be happier. Overall it was a great experience and I’d highly recommend him."

"Every phase of the project went smoothly and professioally. . FSBD provided a 3-D rendering of the project and then once we agreed upon size and color, they handles all the parperwork with both our HOA and the county. Contruction went without a hitch and at the end of every day, the crew cleaned up the worksite and made certain we knew was was planed for the new day. Upon completion, there was an issue with 2 of the boards not matching the exact color of the others. FSBD immediately contacted Timbertech and arranged for 2 new boards to be shipped which they installed the day after the replacements arrived. We also contracted for a front step handrail which matches our house perfectly and provides added safety to our home. Since then many of our neighbors have stopped by to see the deck and have also chosen FSBD to build decks for them. All have said the projects are going as planned and they all are equally satisfied with FSBD"

"I needed a new roof and after getting three estimates, Sebastian was the cheapest. <br /> There are three issues I want to share:   <br /> 1-when Sebastian provided my estimate, I told them about my solar panels and I was told that if I went with them, they would work me after I got my panels removed because they understood the situation.  This did not happen.  I had the solar panels removed on 21 Jun, called Sebastian and didn't have the service started/completed until 19 Jul.  Scheduling was an issued that should have been completed better.   <br /> 2-Responsiveness was lacking.  Their voicemail leads you to believe you will get a return phone call within 24 hours, but that never happened in my case.  I am not saying they don't typically return calls quickly, but they didn't to me. <br /> 3-Specific costs.  Read the fine print.  The estimated cost of replacing a sheet of plywood (sheathing) was $25.00, but the labor cost was nowhere to be found, which was $20.00. <br /> My recommendation if using Sebastian, get a firm date and ensure all costs are included on the estimate. <br />"

"Rob and his two sons recently completed a master bedroom suite addition to our home. This was a 6 month job that ultimately was far more complex than originally envisioned, but the Shuttles knocked it out of the park. This is the second large job we've used Rob for, and the quality of the workmanship did not disappoint. He worked with us throughout the entire process, from permits through completion, and we never once worried that anything would be less than perfect. At the end of the day we had a top-of-the-line master suite that is now the highlight of our house."

"So happy with our new deck! Chris and crew did a great job removing old cedar deck and installing new trex decking, railing and steps. Would recommend services and use again. Chris was quick to respond for an estimate, competitive pricing, always here when he said he would be, kept us informed as job progressed, cleaned up job site daily and did quality work. "My wife and I wanted to gut and remodel our master bathroom.  Our plan was to change plumbing, move a window, add electrical and have a large glass enclosed shower with a wall to wall vanity.  We interviewed 5 contractors in all and Brandon Kovacs at American Custom Construction was by the far the best of the group.  One of the most important qualities we wanted in our contractor was trust.  From the moment we met Brandon we felt like we could trust him.  In his initial consultation he emphasized the importance of making the shower water proof.  He explained to us in great detail the custom shower pan he uses as well as the Denz Shield process for the the shower walls.  Brandon helped us plan out the details of our bathroom and worked with us on planning out the tile pattern.  He made several trips to our house as well as met us at a few stores to go over tile planning and placement.  Brandon's lead carpenter Scott was awesome to work with as well.  Scott answered all of my wife's questions when she stopped by during lunch and had a great attention to detail with top of the line finish work.  During the beginning stages of construction we discovered a previous plumbing issue.  Brandon explained to us what his plans were to correct it and gave us a few options of how to proceed.  He was willing to work with us because of the extra cost and made sure we were comfortable in our final decision.  We talked with Brandon several times during construction to review completed work and ask questions.  He fielded every question and took the time to explain in detail what was done and what the future plan was.  In the end we have a custom SPA-like bathroom thanks to Brandon, that is built to last.  We would recommend American Custom Construction to anyone looking for a contractor.  Brandon is honest, knows what he is doing and does not cut corners.  Additionally when Brandon and his team were completed for the day they left the house very clean.  We plan on using Brandon for all future home renovations.   <br /> The icing on the cake, my wife and I are having a baby in July and because of the wonderful rapport we established with Brandon he offered to paint the baby's room as a gift to us! <br />"
