"The technician did a lot of work installing two electrical boxes in concrete block at the proper location to allow the stove to sit flush with the wall. One box was for the new outlet and the other for a junction with the original wiring. The new outlet position was at the joint between two concrete blocks, making the job more difficult. The new stove now sits against the wall and works great."

When Joseph showed up to look at my problem, he fixed it rather quickly. But he went further and looked at all my wiring including the circuit breaker box. Because my house was over 50 years old, he discovered that many of my outlets were not grounded and the circuit breakers were not up to code. George and two other workers showed up and replaced all the outlets in the house, installed a dedicated outlet for the microwave, installed two smoke detectors and two carbon monoxide detectors, and replaced all the circuit breakers.
