"For a tub that cost more than a new car, one might expect the electronics in the tub to be WATERPROOF. 3rd time swapping out the electronic control board in 1 yr. keeps failing due to corrosion. tub performs amazing, but the build quality and service experiences have been embarrassing. My 12 year old daughter spent 4 nanoseconds looking at the replaced control screen and observed "daddy don't they know that water is wet?". seriously I engineer similar products for a living and know it would only cost another doughnut or 2 to use proper components. Value for money is in negative territory."
