The weather is always a factor on an outside job and flexibility needs to be understood. Steve and anyone we have ever dealt with through his company have been extremely polite and accommodating. We have actually hired Nexgen for more jobs since the original and would do so again. They itemized and described the work, which included cleaning off the mold, replacing insulation, repairing joists, encapsulating the crawlspace, and creating a French Drain on the exterior of my unit to redirect the rain. They also set up my dehumidifier in the space with a wireless meter I can read from inside . Their price was in line and they did everything they promised in good order, good humor, and respect. They took extra steps to insure that the dust wouldn't be flying around the house. There was constant communication. The service after the construction was really good. We had some minor questions about different things and Jonathan made himself available to come by and look at different things and give us his opinion on what he would do with it. He actually fixed the stuff. He ended up remodeling our entire kitchen which was a little more than we had wanted to do but the price was so good, we opted to go ahead and do it.
