"The technician, Kyle, was fantastic and very professional. Unfortunately, the experience with Cynthia in the service department and Wesley, one of the owners was very lacking. The scheduling of the appointment and the arrival was somehow confused and when speaking with Cynthia, she became defensive about making the error. "Very well.  I have an old unit that is probably close to going out completely.  I called Chris on a Thursday, after 7:00 PM and coming home to an A/C unit that was blowing hot air.  I found Cucco's through another provider search company but I am glad I found him.  Other providers I have used in the past when I had a home warranty were not nearly as attentive, responsive, willing to answer to answer my questions, or as courteous - in fact, some of them were just down right rude! That was not the case with Chris. He went out of his way to explain his process and assure me that he was doing everything possible to ensure my A/C unit was being repaired to the best of his ability.  He even explained how my unit is not up to code, what it will take to get it up to code, and how to avoid costly repairs in the future. I will definitely call Chris again when the time comes to replace my unit and bring it up to code!
