Steven, Johnny and Chris were very personable and professional. They were extremely disappointed when they were unable to hit the estimate due to the concrete being difficult to jack hammer, but they came back and worked hard and got it finished. They were as clean as one can be when dealing with concrete and drywall. Very considerate about our property as a whole and walked me through their progress every day. Would recommend."

He was extremely patient with my questions and explained what they would do and how much it would cost. The crew was on time and pushed hard to complete the job within the agreed upon time. "We initially contacted Jaco to fix a leveling issue with our driveway that was causing water to pool up. Josh Goodman came out and was very straight forward. He doubted that leveling the driveway would fix the issue. He suggested instead to install a Box Drain and run it into our current French Drain system. After a little more research we decided on a 3' long channel drain. It took a while from the initial contact in the Spring to getting an estimate in July but then the job was performed a month later in August. After the installation the Channel Drain worked perfectly. Also, the drain itself was installed very well. Our issue was with the installation of the plastic pipe which carried the water to our French Drain. The trench was dug unevenly then poorly filled. The result was a sharp dip all along the drain pipe; like a reverse "speed bump". Also where the pipe connected to the French Drain was not buried deep enough causing the pipe to be exposed. When I called Josh he came out to look at it then I heard nothing. A week later I called Josh and he said it looked fine to him. After a 5 minute discussion he agreed to send a crew out to fix it. 3 weeks later..no crew so my wife and I spent 4 hrs. relaying the drain pipe and filling it in properly. So, I give Jaco an A for the concept and the installation of the Channel Drain and an F for the installation of the drain pipe and overall Customer Service."

"The day of the repair was early winter cold with showers.  Didn't expect work to continue.  But the experts were on duty.  They formed and poured the mix, covered it with plastic and returned the next day (Colts Sunday) to finish.  Kevin and his brother fixed the section needing repair but made the entire walk look as if it were a new pour.  Excellent workmanship and professionalism. <br />"

"I am quite happy with the crawl space. We wanted them to install a side door, and they missed a couple of things, but otherwise everything is fine. As far as I know, the sump pump is working well. The encapsulation is great. All that was excellent; they just missed some of the wood that had some water damage to it. The 90% of the wood had some water damage to it and I actually got one more joist that I need to fix myself. I am pretty well pleased with their job. They had the job done in 2 days, until I had the reason that I got underneath there and took a closer look. I had no idea that they had missed just a couple of things, but everything else is fine. They were fast and prompt; there was not much hassle. My overall experience was very good. The pricing was somewhere in the middle. I could have got it worked cheaper, but the ones who were cheaper; I did not like what they had. I liked the material and stuff they had. I picked them because I had 3 different people come out, and I picked Americrawl Inc. because I thought they had the best system. Except for missing a little bit of wood work downstairs, I think they have done a good job. I did not contact them for the missing wood work because I just noticed it a few weeks ago and so I did not really felt the need to call about it. I just thought that this was something that I can take care of; so I was not worried too much about it. As soon as it warms up a little bit more, I may go underneath and just double check everything else that they have done. I have already repaired the part of what they need to do because the couple of joists that they missed were right underneath my side door. I was installing my side door and I had to fix that immediately, so I can get my side door installed. I had no side door; so I could not wait for them to come out and take a look at it. I had to fix it immediately to get my door installed. They were pretty responsive. They got the work done pretty quick and on-time. I will probably use them in the future if needed."
