"It was a superb experience. From the visit by Bruce the sales representative to the installation day to the follow-up from Petro, every single person we interacted with was helpful and professional. When Bruce arrived to do the assessment, we spent time going over the heating needs in the house. After a thorough inspection and measurement of the house, we sat down. He showed me a few options, all of which were going to provide good service. I ordered a unit at the end of that meeting. The installation day was just terrific- the entire work crew that showed up were everything I would hope to find: Upbeat, informative, hard-working, focused. The job was finished before end of day as promised. The heater room is now immaculate, with new piping and a new heater. It was like watching a pit crew at a NASCAR race. Everyone had their tasks, they moved carefully but quickly. The materials were all laid out in order, etc. Just a totally professional approach to their work. The crew boss answered any questions I had. The follow-up for a normal inspection of the furnace chimney was scheduled the day after the installation. I’ve gotten calls to insure we are satisfied with the work. Satisfied barely covers it- I am pleased to write this kind of review. Without hesitation I will recommend Petro to friends and family throughout the Philly area. Peter A. Elkins Park"

"The job was done very well. They came in and took a look at the problem and they explained to me the issue and what materials they needed to fix it. Before we knew it they went to the supply store and bought all the materials and came back to finish the job. My heat works great now and just in time for the winter season coming. They did everything so perfectly and professionally that I would highly recommend them to anyone."

"installed a through the wall air-conditioner. wall already had an opening for an air-conditioner"

"Repairman, Andrew, came and located the problem. The ignitor had burned out, so the burners would not light. Andrew did not have the part in his truck but was able to fit in a used part from another furnace to give me heat until he got the other part. I got a call the next day and scheduled a time to put in the exact part. Again, repairman was within the stated time window. Heat working well."

"My furnace was leaking all over the cellar floor when I called Petro at 9 PM on Sunday night - turned out I needed a new expansion tank and relief valve. Petro had a tech here within an hour. Tommy Polizzi, Jr. (Tech #83), was professional, courteous, and kind as he explained what was needed and why, then made the replacements, again, within an hour. Thank you, Tommy, and thank you, Petro."
