"We partnered with Wilber’s for external painting and repair. This included replacing wood with composite where necessary and removal of wood shutters and replacement with polypropylene ones. What distinguished this company from others was the following: Danny S. was the estimator and initially met with my husband. Just prior to the start of the project, Danny returned with the foreman Olger A. He went through the project again with us and talked to Olger about job specifics. Olger is an amazing foreman, on time, efficient, skilled, detailed and an excellent project manager. Danny returned mid project to discuss the work with us and review a repair with Olger. They also did extra work for us not covered with the additional estimate which was handled very efficiently. Additionally, they did some picky repairs, such as reattaching a leader to the house, which was appreciated. The result was a beautiful house with great curb appeal – the result of good teamwork. We highly recommend them."

"Steve and his team were punctual, professional and highly meticulous. Every wall and ceiling was prepped, sanded and patched, with the utmost care, before painting. There was a sand-based faux finish throughout the house that we wanted removed. We had consulted with several other painters before selecting Landis Painting, and the others did not know how to handle the faux finish or said it would be time consuming and very expensive to remove. Steve and the team handled it very well, using a special sanding machine that captures the dust so no tarping is required. Steve consulted knowlegeably on other painting issues too, and investigated best products for the specific job at hand (painting fireplace stone and exterior brick). Steve cares about the long term durability of his paint job and wants you to get value for what you pay. He is highly communicative and consultative throughout his team’s time at your home. "Gene and the boys are amazing contractors and are our go to when there is work that needs to be done on our home. They remodeled our basement, and did a custom builtin to house our 180 gal fish tank. They removed a wall to make the basement more open space. Not only that but they did it cleanly, efficiently and in an amazing turn around time. They also more recently helped to fix our crown molding around our fridge in order for us to buy a bigger one and it looks exactly like the rest of our kitchen.
