"I had no hot water. Joe was in the area. He was kind enough to stop by and take a look at my water heater. Joe, in a matter 20 minutes, was able to analyze what the problem was and fixed it. As opposed to a company that I have been a long standing customer, could not fix after 3 visits. Should I need a new water heater, I will be calling Upstate Custom Remodels."

"I was isolated at home with a broken leg, in the middle of winter, when my old propane hot water heater died. This company answered the first call I made to them & sent a technician to evaluate the heater the same day. Their team came the next day to take out the old heater and professionally install a new one. They handled everything from A-Z, and the new water heater works perfectly. Their prices were fair & honest and they explained every cost to me.
