Nasser came to check the situation, he gave a very detailed and comprehensive overview of the situation and provided with the options I had. I decided to replace the unit, Nasser went above and beyond to find a unit delivery service but there was nothing available over the weekend so this gentleman went for unit pick up himself and finished the installation within a day from my initial call. "Everyone is very experienced at their job and knows what they are doing. This made the whole process very smooth, from interactions over the phone with Danny and the receptionist, estimates and troubleshooting with John, and day-of install with Diego. And most importantly, the actual install of the HVAC equipment was very neat, tidy, and professional. Everything is level and lines up together, seams are sealed, wiring and piping is all neatly routed. A quality install matters more than what brand you choose, and these guys do a great job. I also want to mention that they continued working hard despite how it not only poured rain the day of my install, but the power also went out and they had to work in the dark for a little while."
