Nasser came to check the situation, he gave a very detailed and comprehensive overview of the situation and provided with the options I had. I decided to replace the unit, Nasser went above and beyond to find a unit delivery service but there was nothing available over the weekend so this gentleman went for unit pick up himself and finished the installation within a day from my initial call. "Here are some numbers that don't begin to capture just how disappointed I am with F.H. Furr. Two. That's how many months ago F.H. Furr installed our new AC system. Twelve. That's how many days it's been since the AC stopped working. Ten. That's how many days it's been since an F.H. Furr technician inspected the system and said he needed to order some parts to fix it. Six. That's how many times I've called F.H. Furr's office and been assured that someone will call me back to discuss my situation and a timetable for fixing the AC. No one has called me back. Fifteen. That's how many days it is until August 1, which, according to a customer-service rep, is listed in my file as the ETA for those parts. (But, of course, I haven't been able to speak to anyone in a position to explain why it's taking four weeks to get parts.) Eighty-six. That's how many degrees it is in my house each afternoon."
