"The company replied quickly and gave an estimate as requested. We were quoted for 2 new shut offs and 3-5 replacement shut offs. The plumber only brought 5 fittings, but he gave me the option to run to Home Depot to get more... I was also instructed to replace a hose which wasn?t leaking until after the repair, but it was easily fixed when I suggested to connect the new hose to the pipe rather than to the leaking hose. Sharkbite valves were installed. If I knew they were going to be used, I would have done the work myself. The plumber was proficient with the Sharkbites, I just expected that a pro plumbing company would solder. When the plumber left, there were no leaks, and I didn?t feel like making an issue of the other 2 valves which I wanted installed."

He was able to diagnose the issue and get it resolved within 2 hours. I wish I had gotten his name so I could give him some recognition here, but he went above and beyond. The guy not only fixed the leaking pipe/valve, he proceeded in bleeding out the air in all of our heaters getting them working again, and even tightened the nut to our water shutoff valve so that it would stop dripping. The tech explained the whole process to me and showed me a thing or two about our boiler. Would definitely call again."
