The professionalism extended to their administrative staff as well. What was most impressive is they honored their quote despite missing one aspect of the scope of work. I even offered to entertain an adjustment in price but Henry (the owner) would not hear of it. Finally, understand I was a contractor for a significant part of my career. He told me exactly what was going on or what needed to done and I appreciated that. And I don't think he did more of what he's supposed to do, you know, sometimes people come in and say, "Okay, this is what I'll fix but now you've gotta get this fixed as well." I didn't feel that. "Rob was outstanding and gave me the straight dope on unneeded services that some national plumbers try to charge for services such as pipe inspection. He took the time to explain when a pipe inspection is needed and the most likely scenarios of a clogged kitchen drain (usually something stuck in a bend in the pipe vs a problem with the mainline). 
I had called Rob after hours and he returned my call an hour later. Unfortunately I had ran off to Home Depot by that point and had rented an electric auger. Rob guided me to what the issue was and I ended up fixing it. So I called back to cancel the appointment for the next morning which is what we agreed to do since I had already rented the equipment. 
Going forward Rob is my go to plumber in the area. Period.
