They spent many hours over several days doing sewer back-up clean up and were very conscientious, considerate of my home and time and EVEN went above and beyond to let my dog out to the bathroom when needed! Their equipment was in use for right around 7-10 days and they always notified me in advance when they were coming to do an equipment check and basement check. Their clean up was done to a very high quality level and they tried their best to save/sanitize whatever possible; but also following all regulations as to what had to be removed per standards and rules.
