"The individual that installed the panel to open and close the garage door was very professional. He answered all my questions and was very patient."

"Taylor came the first time and repaired a fraying cable. Our system was old and the motherboard, that activated remotes, was dead. The springs were mismatched because the former company had added a second spring that did not match the first. The door did not operate quietly and smoothly, either - lurching upon starting up and squeaking during movement. Given all of these issues, we decided to replace everything except the door to ward off future problems. Taylor did not charge us for the first call, but instead, logged it as a sales call. Taylor and his co-worker, Matt, came back for the system upgrade because my husband's garage is really crammed, making repairs difficult. The two of them worked together and replaced the system in less than two hours. Both Taylor and Matt were very professional and answered the questions we had. They switched out the new remotes to key chain versions from visor clip-on ones, when we expressed security concerns with the latter. My husband and I would be very comfortable recommending this company to anyone needing garage door repairs or replacement."

"The whole experience was great. Contacted me quickly. Was knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. Installed new garage door opener super quick."

"Thought we needed a complete door replacement, but Alamo Garage Doors provided an honest assessment that only the opener needed upgrading."

"Chris was honest, thorough, Friendly, very courteous and extremely helpful in determining the best path forward to replace the garage door motor etc. he noticed things others did not take the time to look for and offered the most reasonable price to repair, replace and upgrade all needed and existing equipment. You cannot go wrong with this company!"

"Smittys did a great job providing a free quote and explained all the details involved with my garage door replacement. Smittys did a great job with communication and providing updates on the garage door order. Smittys allowed me to purchase my own opener, but explained he could not certify or give a warranty for the opener because it was one he did not use. My opener ended up being defective and I needed to return it for a replacement. Smittys came out right away to remove the defective opener and install the replacement. He was very supportive even though he explained in the beginning that this could happen. I would highly recommend Smittys Solow Garage Door Service for your service needs."

"Steve was AWESOME! My wife and I are very pleased with his recommendation for garage door opener and was well within our budget. They were very professional, worked within our busy schedule, and had it installed in no time. Steve explained how the system worked, the warranties for different parts, and was patient with our questions about the app features. I would highly recommend Steve's Garage Door Repair to anyone needing installation or repair. Thank you again Steve...a happy wife is a happy life."

"The door came in the wrong size at the first install, so had to wait a bit longer to get the correct size in, but it all turned out great and they threw in and outside keypad for the trouble. Love my new garage door..."
