KS came out that afternoon to inspect and assure Mr that I was in no danger of pressure build up or other possible catastrophe. The next afternoon Ken met me at Lowe's and helped me pick out a good replacement (cost effective, good service provider) . They then delivered it that same afternoon removed the old one and installed the new one. Took about 4 hours total (did I mention ** 30 ** years old, over coming all the corroded fittings took most of the time). When they were done they cleaned up everything, moved the old heater and all the cardboard to the curb for pick up. The cost was more than reasonable and we'll worth every penny."

"The service call was placed on 12/10; vendor callled same day but was unable to respond until 12/14. He was prompt and declared the faucet was unreparable.. I asked if he could not try to repair but he said he cold not do that because if it din'fix the problem he could not replace the faucet. He stated that the replacement would not be exact but similar. My faucet had separaate lever for turn on/off but he said the replacement would probably be part of the sprout. We did not really appreciate this but he offered no probable favorable solution.. Not happy with response time but realize a close to weekend call caused this. Did not appreciate not even attempting repair."
